Project Overview

The goal with the identity was to establish this entity as a safe and calm place with a whisper of sophistication.

Stillwater Glen: Resort & Spa is a fictional place. The goal was to convey a sense of serenity and modernity through imagery, color, and type usage.

I started with the logo. This was the aspect of SWG that evolved the most. I started by exploring organic shapes. From there, it twisted into something very complex. Finally, the mark was simplified into its basic shapes and became what it is now: a representation of balance and peace of mind.

After finalizing Stillwater Glen's logo, I moved on to color. Color did most of the leg work in establishing the brand as calm and serene.

Clean aesthetics, nature-inspired elements, and user-friendly layouts, the project highlights how design choices can effectively evoke an emotional response.

Developing the Stillwater Glen: Resort & Spa brand experience allowed for the synthesis of elegance, tranquility, and functional design. This identity welcomes guests with a promise of comfort.
